Very lovely place for a family. Recommended time to visit is the time period between Aug & Sept so you can enjoy both the sea and the awesome weather of charming city Portsaid
Located near the north east end of Port said city near the north entrance of the Suez canal. It is surrounded by many other hotels and touristic villages. This might be the smallest and the one with minimum facilities but it is one of the cleanest and quietest touristic villages in the city. It consists of about twelve four story buildings. Each floor contains about six apartments. Each consists of two bedrooms a reception a kitchen and bathroom. The apartments are well furnished with everything needed from kitchen utensils to blankets. Nearly all of them have a view to the sea. There are no restaurants or other services. Only a swimming pool and there is the public beach near by. Prices are very moderate compared to other surrounding premises.
The hotel is old but some rooms are renovated and they are working on renovating other rooms (renovated rooms are good and clean)...it doesn't have a private beach (as all hotels on this area)...the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly and cooperative...the area around the hotel has many shops and restaurants. Its not a luxurious hotel but it is clean and cozy with all the basics for a good stay.
I spent one night with my family in what appears to be a newly renovated 2 room studio apartment.. the room was clean and well furnished with a nice view on the sea ... unfortunately it does not have access to the beach but for my requirements was more than satisfactory... would consider it again if they keep the level of cleanliness...
